These terms apply when you register for classes, camps or events at Himalayan Taekwondo Academy through this website.
Registration is completed by a parent or guardian for students under 18. You confirm that the information you give is accurate — particularly a student's date of birth and any allergies or medical conditions, which instructors rely on to keep your child safe.
The registration form asks you to acknowledge the risk of injury, confirm the student is fit to take part, and accept the academy's policies. Typing your name acts as your signature. We record the date, time and IP address alongside it.
Membership agreements are paid in full for the term you choose. Prices are shown before you commit, and the amount you agreed is recorded with your enrolment. You may pay online or at the academy.
All payments are final and no refund will be made. A fee of $20 is charged for declined transactions. If payment is not received within two weeks of the due date, the account may be passed to a collections agency.
Class times are subject to change on formal notice, and the academy may adjust the timetable. Membership requires at least one month's notice to end, other than for a genuine reason. A student who misses class for more than a month without a genuine reason must complete a new registration to return.
Camp places are held by a reservation fee, charged once per family. Students bring their own lunch and snacks. Camp runs Monday to Friday during the published hours.
When you register, we create a parent account so you can see your enrolment, class times and payment history. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Students and families are expected to follow the academy's instructions and treat instructors and other students with respect. The academy may end a membership for behaviour that puts others at risk.
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the academy's services means the current terms apply.
